Folktronica artist

Annie Whittingham will be releasing her debut album in 2021, the fruition of many years of writing and performing. She recorded at it home during lockdown with label mate and producer Steve Lovell remotely co-producing. She has played most of the instruments including percussion, piano, guitar and clarinet with occasional contributions from label mates Simon Adams, Rachel and Steve Lovell.

Annie has collaborated with various artists, most notably with Subtropic, featuring on a track from his cult classic album, ‘Homebrew’, released on *Reflective Records* in 1998.

She writes heartfelt, quirky songs, inspired by love, loss and nature. Arranged with both electronic and live instrumentation, and loops, with influences from British folk and electronic dance music.
